Yes, your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. This is why we offer quality brand name products which are not cheap imitation knock-offs. With our Global buying power and low overhead we are able to pass on the savings to, you, our shoppers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. For products which have an expiration date, you may return the unopened item within 15 days of receipt for the refund of the purchase price. Sorry we do not refund the shipping and handling charge or the costs to return the package

Video Tape Return Policy
We can only offer a refund of the purchase amount, less shipping & handling, for video tapes that are "UNOPENED" and returned within 30 days. DEFECTIVE videos can be returned within 30 days but can only be exchanged for the "SAME" video title.

To Return A Product Please Follow These Instructions:
- Return the item to the return address shown on the original shipping label.
- Return the item in the same packaging that you received it in.
- Please make sure that you include a letter stating the reason for the return. This letter must also include your Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code & Telephone Number so proper credit can be given. For safety measures, the letter stating the reason for the return does not need to include the credit card number used when purchasing the product. Once we receive your returned package, we will forward a credit based upon how the order was paid for. If we are forwarding a credit to your credit card company, it will be done within 72 hours of the receipt of your package and can only be credited to the "same" credit card used to purchase the product.   Please Note: Some Credit Card companies only post credits 1 time per month, so the billing statement that the credit appears on could vary.

** When sending a check or money order, Please make sure that you enclose the correct amount, including the shipping and handling (and State Sales Tax for Arizona residents). To do this, we would suggest the use of our easy to use shopping cart. Use the shopping cart to create the list of the items you wish to order. Make a print out and include the list with your form of payment. Our goal is to make your shopping in the GSM Shopping Center a pleasant and satisfying experience. One that you will make often. Our intention is to bring you high quality products that are useful, save you time & money, solve a solution to an everyday dilemma or products that are just plain fun. The products come from all corners of the Globe and are delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner. We have listed below some of the procedures we take to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and is delivered to you in a timely fashion.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or Money Order. In most cases, all orders are shipped from our facilities within 48 to 72 hours after receipt of the order and payment. Credit cards are not processed until the day the package will be shipped from our facilities. If the instance arises and we cannot ship your order out of our facilities within 5 to 7 business days after you place it, we will immediately notify you of the delay and the reason by either e-mail or by telephone.

Shipping Procedures

We ship through many different carriers (
US Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Airborne Ex. & others) and will be happy to ship through the carrier of your choice, although most packages are shipped through UPS. Some express carriers may require a higher shipping and handling charge then those listed.

Within 24 hours of your order being shipped from our facilities an  e-mail is sent out confirming the order was shipped. This e-mail also includes an estimated time of transit as well as the Tracking Number specific to the package. We also offer the customer the ability to monitor the progress and transit of their order. By simply visiting our "On-line Package Tracking Service" and typing in the tracking number listed in the e-mail, you can monitor the progress of your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until the day its delivered to your door. 

Many of the products GSM offers come from various locations throughout the world. Because we supply to over 50 different countries our inventory from time to time may vary. On occasion should the shipping of your order be delayed by our inventory status, we will see that it is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer at no additional cost. This will eliminate any additional delay in the receipt of your order.

Many companies make a profit on the price they charge for shipping and handling. At GSM we try to keep the costs of shipping and handling your package as close to actual costs as possible. For this reason, we unfortunately do not refund the shipping charge of any returned items. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

For Customers Shopping From Overseas
For our customers shopping from outside of the United States: there may be a good chance that the product(s) of interest is currently available in your country through one of our many overseas associates. This would allow you to purchase the product(s) directly in your country and avoid international shipping charges and import duties. To check on the availability of any of our products in your country please e-mail or fax us with the product(s) that you are interested in and the country you reside in. Someone will contact you at the number (e-mail, fax, phone) that you provide in the very near future to supply you with ALL the available information.

For those products not currently available in your country, we will be more than happy to ship them directly to you from our facilities. For all international orders, our shipping department will research and find the least expensive means of shipping your package. We will then contact you by e-mail or fax with the total shipping charge for your final approval before your order is shipped. This also applies to our friends living in Mexico and, in some instances, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
