We have included the personal testimony and documented results ( listed below ) of Mr. Dennis Weaver. Mr. Weaver had to be absolutely convinced that the MAGNETIZER EES would do what we said it would do before he would appear on the Infomercial. Subject: Report on the Treatment of the Vehicle of Mr. Dennis Weaver

Jean-Guy Dignard and Verne Warwick, both of Warwick Material Management Ltd, scheduled to meet with Mr. Dennis Weaver on Monday, July 8, 1996. At the appointed time, we took Mr. Weaver's 1995 Blazer with Vortec engine to a downtown parking lot for:

A) Pre MAGNETIZER emissions testing
B) Installation of the MAGNETIZER EES (Engine Energizer System)
C) Post MAGNETIZER emissions testing

The results, witnessed before and after by Mr. Weaver, are shown in the following table:

We strongly emphasized to Mr. Weaver that, although the harmful emissions were drastically reduced, there may not be an attendant improvement in fuel economy immediately. And, depending on the action of his O2 Sensor / Computer, the battery cables may have to be removed and held together to reset the system, if improvement is not experienced. Mr. Weaver appeared to be impressed with the decrease in the three pollutants tested. Mr. Weaver then produced the printouts of what had transpired with the testing of his vehicle to his ranch foreman, Mr. Dan Haskell. His results are as follows:

The following are test results performed on various vehicles under International and American Federal / State & Local Government Agency Standards. These tests show the Hydrocarbons (HC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) levels of each vehicle tested before the installation of the Magnetizer EES System and the Percentage that each pollutant was reduced after the Magnetizer EES was installed.
